What type of updates are included in my maintenance time?

Maintenance time includes basic updates that don’t require custom programming or graphic design. This could be things like uploading or resizing images, editing existing text, adjusting layout elements, or configuring existing settings.

Is graphic design included in maintenance time?

No, custom graphic design (like designing a new logo, banner, or visual asset) is not covered. We can connect you with our design team for separate project-based work.

Can I ask for a new page to be created?​

Adding a brand-new page is not included in standard maintenance time. However, we’re happy to provide a quote for page creation as part of our à la carte or custom service options.

What about changes to how my site functions?

Configuring existing features—like adjusting a contact form or updating a plugin setting—is included. Creating new features or custom-coded functionality would fall outside maintenance time and may require a separate scope of work.
