Founder/CEO
Dan Elder brings over 32 years of leadership and project management experience in both government and industry. A certified executive coach and training facilitator, he is a graduate of the True Growth® Executive Coaching Program and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Dan holds a Master’s in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Touro College. He currently facilitates leadership seminars for the U.S. Army and coaches military and civilian executives. He is a Senior Fellow with the AUSA Institute of Land Warfare and a member of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy Hall of Honor.

Gloria Elder

Gloria Elder is the Co-Owner and Human Resources Manager at Topsarge Business Solutions, bringing years of experience in organizational support and team development. She plays a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, offering expert analysis and guidance to leadership. Gloria is responsible for shaping workplace culture through the development and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and values. She ensures compliance, supports employee relations, and contributes to long-term planning by providing key insights into workforce management. Her work helps maintain a professional, values-driven environment across the company’s distributed team.
Jessica Terry
Director of Digital Operations
Jessica is a results-oriented, technically proficient full-stack web developer and network systems administrator. She is passionate about creating, designing, and developing web applications. She has completed certification programs in Full-Stack Web Development and Network Systems Administration. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in software development at Texas A&M – Central Texas. A U.S. Army Veteran, who enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter, son, and husband. She is currently the Director of Digital Operations and is responsible for internal and external digital media development.
Sandra Escalante
Marketing Director
Sandra Escalante, a native of Temple, TX, is the owner of the local food cart Haute Dog and serves as a Marketing Associate with TBS. Born and raised in Temple, Sandra pursued a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising, which led her to Los Angeles, where she worked in the TV/film industry, specializing in marketing, social media management, furniture, and costume design for over 7 years. Now back in her hometown, Sandra focuses on marketing and social media for TBS. When she’s not managing her food cart or marketing projects, you can find her exploring local thrift stores or visiting the Temple library.
Mia Duran
Administrative Assistant
Mia Ward is an Executive Assistant with a background in military leadership, HR, and administrative support. She served five years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer and brings strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to the team. In her free time, Mia enjoys trying new restaurants, watching football with her friends and family, and binging reality TV with her dog.
Maya Jackson
Accounting
Maya Jackson serves as TBS Accounting Assistant, she is an upcoming graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor’s degree in finance and has an extensive background in the finance and marketing industry. She is a new resident of Texas, originally born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Where she come from a long line of athletes, and has placed first in multiple tennis tournaments. A proud dog mom who likes to spend free time painting, traveling, and playing tennis.
